Our Shipping Policy

All orders placed have a 1 day processing time (depending on order size can be quicker). Once order has passed artwork check/graphic design stage it will be put into production, depending on size, quantity and finishing the order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after completion.

All of our orders are handled with care and are packaged the best way possible to ensure a smooth transit between production and delivering to you. If you require an extra kind of packaging or want to specify any other details we would be more then happy to help.

Ace Printing Hub has a flat fee of $10 shipping to anywhere in Australia, if you decide to order a larger sized sheet we would recommend having it sent on a pallet to ensure the safest possible arrival of the product. If so this will incur an additional cost which will vary depending on size.

If you receive an order and it has been damaged in transit please reach out to us by email at aceprintinghub@outlook.com with your purchase order number and photos of the state the product has arrived in. We will work hastily to ensure your issue is resolved.
