How do I make my file print ready?

To ensure the smoothest possible transition between uploading your artwork to our production stage we recommend supplying a print ready file. A print ready file should consist of 3mm-5mm bleed around the image to ensure no white edges when put into cutting.

What happens if I don't have a print ready file?

If you are unable to obtain a print ready file an additional fee of $25 will be charged on your order, this cost will cover time our graphic designers spend to ensure you have the best possible outcome of your print.

What happens if I don't have any artwork and want something made?

What specifications do I need to make my custom stickers cut and print ready?

Accepted Answer

Custom stickers will require the same 3mm-5mm bleed around the whole design as well as a spot colour die line to ensure a smooth cutting process. What do the die lines do? The die line allows us to make custom cut outs and shapes depending on your order.

When creating your artwork die lines should be supplied as a spot colour and the layer should be named to CUT and to set to overprint.

Laminate is a printing finish where a thin plastic film is applied to the desired surface to enhance durability and appearance.

What is corflute?

Corflute is a corrugated plastic material made from polypropylene. Corflute is mostly used for signage as its lightweight, durable and weather resistant. Ideal for election/political advertising, real estate signage or construction site safety information.
